Cancellation & Refund Policy
All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Same-Day Bookings
Same-day bookings are subject to prior approval and are non-refundable once confirmed.
Bookings Made 1–3 Days Before Check-In
Bookings made within three days of check-in are non-refundable.
Bookings Made 4 or More Days Before Check-In
Bookings made four or more days before check-in are eligible for a full refund if cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled check-in time are non-refundable.
Repeat Customers & Special Arrangements
Special arrangements may be made for repeat customers at our discretion. Any alternative cancellation or refund terms must be agreed in advance.
Refunds
Where a full refund is applicable, it will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
